Account Settings

1. Introduction

This screen allows you to do some setup or configuration related to Accounts (Customers) such as setting up some default values, or layout of Account Lists,….

2. Pre-requisites

You must have permission “Update module configuration” to be able to modify information in this screen.

3. General Settings

The table below describes the meaning of each settings.

Account reference start value (leave empty to start at 1)

The reference number will be calculated from the input number.

For example: the input number is 1000 => the 1st account is 1000, the 2nd account is 1002 and so on

Allowed Account type(s)

There are 2 account types in Seamless: Company (commercial line) and Person (private line). Depend on your business to choose the account type in Seamless. Your selection will be displayed when you create a new account in the https://contemi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHC/pages/1756299312

Choose default KAM

Your customer accounts' default KAM (key account manager).

Default mobile phone prefix (Use +xx)

Your customer accounts' default prefix mobile phone.

Default selected country

Your customer accounts' default country.

Enable/disable account modulus 11

 

External lookup on Org.No field (requires external API configured)

 

External lookup on SSN field (requires external API configured)

4. Fields and Layouts

In this tab, you can config the fields and layouts of your customer accounts’ information

4.1 Field

The fields on this tab represent the available information that Seamless can store from your customer information

If you have other data to store from your customer, you can create a new field for your Seamless tenant.

1.You need to enter the Name of the field, and choose the predefined type.

2.If your field is required then tick on the checkbox Required.

3.After finishing, click Save to save your new field

4.2 Layout

4.2.1 Change field on your layout

1.Choose the layout that you want to edit. The name with the prefix Personal will be the person account popup, while the commercial will be the company popup

2.Hold your mouse to a field that you want to change, choose the move icon (the icon in the red square) to drag the field, and drop it to another position

3.Hold your mouse to a field that you want to change, choose the remove button to remove the field that you don’t want to display

4.Click Save to save your changes

4.2.2 Edit your layout

1.Choose the layout that you want to edit. The name with the prefix Personal will be the person account popup, while the commercial will be the company popup

2.Click on the gear icon

3.Choose the layout that you want to apply. Drag it to the screen and drop it when you see the icon below. If you want to have a layout with a big row for only 1 field, you can choose the section instead of layouts.

NOTICE! You can’t change the layout or add/remove layout in the Layout Index/List view and Search
